[Your Information]
Name: Collette Contact: PM/Gtalk! (keeva.kaldres[AT]gmail.com) [Public Application] Character Name: Aesha Linnet Character Age: 14 Gender: Female Birthday (including year): 25th January, 227 Current Location: Lismore, Ahestere House [Birth and Marriage if applicable]: Linnet Player Base: Hailee Steinfield Appearance: ![]() Personality: Aesha is a sweet girl, a loving, giving child with an open mind and heart. Having been raised within a loving environment, she has learned to be kind and respectful of others, putting value to their feelings and doing nothing to cause them any offence or harm. The eldest amongst her siblings, she has something of a 'caregiver' personality, and delights in looking after other's needs, ensuring that everyone is as happy as can be. If anyone around her is upset or of an otherwise negative disposition, she will always make the effort to try and help. In fact, there does not appear to be anything spiteful or malicious about her, at all. She is, however, spoiled, and used to being treated well. Aesha does not take well to rejection or cruelty, and in such instances will often become incredibly withdrawn. She has a tendency to be curious, and is not afraid to ask questions if there is something that she does not understand. She loves learning and gaining insight regarding the exciting world surrounding her. Fairly bright for her years, Aesha only hopes that she can do her mother and father proud within the time to come. History: Aesha was born in Lismore, Ahestere, the first of Aashiq Linnet and Lorelei Fitzwulf Linnet's children. Her mother and father proved to be doting parents, and Aesha was subsequently raised well, within a loving, healthy environment. From childhood she was always bright-eyed and a font of happiness, always smiling and laughing. Her parents only encouraged her, lending to her benevolent nature and helping to turn her into the diminutive social butterfly that she is. She enjoyed her life growing up in the castle at Lismore, its quirky architecture and spicy foods becoming fragments of normality. Her education is a sound one, and she holds a particular interest in learning about other lands, and how they happen to differ from her own. Her tutors were often peppered with questions, and still are, albeit to a slightly lesser degree. Whilst close to both her parents, Aesha was always particularly taken with following her mother around as a child growing up. She did not take well to being separated from her, and still takes a distinct pleasure in lingering within her company. There is scarcely a greater thing in the world than when her mother takes the time to fuss with her hair. At least, in Aesha's mind... Now in the early stages of her teenage years, Aesha continues to display an interest in learning, with a particular interest in different cultures and faraway lands. Boys are a much more recent point of interest, curious beings that they are, but Aesha hardly feels awkward or afraid around them. Quite the contrary, in fact; they are simply another mystery upon which she can set her mind. Writing Sample: There were some who might have said that there was no place like a good book, and whilst such a thing might have been true, Aesha far preferred learning directly from another source, probing the minds of others and hearing their own stories as a result. This afternoon, her proverbial well of information sprang from a visitor to Lismore from Susa, one of the coastal cities at the border of the province. At the very first opportunity, she had sidled up to him, all sunshine and smiles, her countenance genuinely open and sweet. She had always been curious, for as long as she was aware, and that aspect of her personality did not appear ready to fade. She asked of Susa, its buildings, its food, how its close proximity to the sea might prove an influence. Whether he had visited other provinces, other places, where was the furthest that he had gone. It was all immensely intriguing, and Aesha proved a very good listener, not interrupting once as he spoke. The visitor might have found it peculiar that the Linnet's eldest daughter asked so many questions, but if so, it was more in an entertained fashion than an annoyed one. "Have you ever been to the Northlands, beyond Arbrecht? I heard that there was nothing but icy death up there." The man smiled and chuckled, giving a small shaking of his head. "No, child. And what you have said, is precisely the reason why."
